Ah, you see, this was a little personal reminder on how much work I have left to do :) I’m so thankful.. SO thankful. YOU are the best.

And I’ll get on a regular blogging schedule one of these days. For real. ;)

love, -m

note: I’m not planning on booking anymore shoots for the month of March, I work 45 hours a week at my daytime job and then only book shoots on weekends, and after such a busy February I’m slimming down March to catch up on my life ;)  But in April I’ll be back at it! Email me if you’re interested in booking :)

little one.

Guess what? Starting in March, I’ll be offering indoor infant shoots {newborn-1 year(ish)} :)  In the month of February I’ll be starting project clean-up, and project prop-finds; so by March we’ll be ready to rock. I’ve been having a hard time lately with trying to figure out what to do with newborn sessions especially, because it’s just too cold for them to be outside, but we don’t really have the room or layout at our house for indoor shoots. So I had a lightbulb moment :) and called my grandparents {yep, the greatest ones in the world in case you are wondering} and asked if I could use the building out behind their house. The more I thought about it, the more I loved the idea. It’s somewhere I wouldn’t be in the way all the time, it’s heated in the winter, cool in the summer; and it’s pretty convienent right here in Unionville. It’s a big white room with windows that provide perfect lighting, which it turn makes it golden :)

SO, if you want to book your baby’s shoot in the near future, let me know! :)

& since I don’t like to blog without adding a picture or two, I’ll go ahead and blog miss Addison {& now would be the perfect time since she was the first to book for the new little studio ;) }, we took these pictures when she was 6 weeks old, and can I just say she is the CUTEST little thing ever? She’ll be 3 months in February so we are doing another shoot then, you’ll be seeing a lot of this precious.

Ok. I think I’ve talked enough now.

see this next one? yep, she thinks she’s a year old already. :) she is already so strong! and just look at those little rolls — LOVE.

I asked her if she loved me; and she said..

Oh well, I still love her :)

The wash bowl in the next picture, is the same one Addi’s mom had her baby pictures made in. Sweet huh?

I LOVE this two pictures of Carrie with Addi..

Carrie: Your the best, I can’t wait for round 2 next month!

country living {part 1}

Mick & Nancy are two of the sweetest and most hilarious couples I’ve ever met. I loved every minute of this shoot.

Mick had to get some pictures of his Duster, I think directors of Western movies will be jealous… just sayin’

Mick told Nancy to stand in the bucket, and then he jarred it a little bit and got a sassy response; love it! hahaha

Mick & Nancy: thank you for being such fun sports, you were so much fun!

sweetness on the way.

Lovely’s, meet Jeremy & Carrie. They are one of the CUTEST/ funniest couple’s I know. Literally while I was shooting I would have to stop shooting to wait for my uncontainable ruptures of laughing to subside. They are expecting little Addison’s arrival in about 2 weeks (well, Jeremy hopes for the beginning of December so it will be close to some other dates he remembers) but Carrie won’t have any talk of waiting until December for her little girl :)

We went out to Carrie’s grandparents awesome farm. There is something about a farm I just can’t turn down :) Oh, and did I mention Carrie is a rocking hair styliest? Um yes, call her! She’s at European Images in Monroe :)

Jeremy just HAD to have a picture of her beside this tractor, he loved it. And seriously talked about it for the rest of the shoot, haha!

aw shucks :)

It’s no secret that these two are one of my favorite couples in the world :) We took a little trip down to Aw Shucks Corn Maze on Saturday, and well Erika and I… we were in hog heaven. That place is SO cute!

Erika is a photographer too, and when we saw these suitcases on this old looking wagon thing, we both practically squealed! Poor Adam ;)

I can’t decide which of the next 2 shots I like better, sooo I’m posting both ;)

Justin+Brandy {engaged!}

I love these two. I knew them both way before they even started dating, and honestly I couldn’t be happier that they found each other, and have chosen to live happily ever after, together.

These pictures make me feel all giddy inside :)

i loveee these next 2

Shadows? yes please.

another favorite…

Justin & Brandy – you two rock! I can’t waittt for the wedding!

beach with the family!

It’s official… I’m the WORST blogger ever! I can’t believe how long its been since I’ve blogged. I think I just needed a blogging break :)

Anywayyy, last week I went with my family to the beach for the week. I SO needed that, and I’m so glad we were all able to go!

{p.s. thank you for not giving up on me, love!}
