Happy Monday y’all! I brought a wedding to you to start the week off right
This May wedding took place at the gorgeous Rosewood on Country Club – I go through these and swoon over the details all over again. Jessica & Justin have become two of my favorite people; I feel so blessed that my job brings me to meet people like them! Okay, now for the images to speak for themselves
Event planner: Southern Savvy | Florist: Pageland Floral | Caterer: Hidden Treasures | Videographer: Berton Taylor
Jessica … there is so much simple elegance here that I could squeal!
Blue and pink?! Oh yes, please!
Such ballers.
Get readyyy – this week will be a marathon of shoots I’m going to blog. Finally!
Jeff & Joey were married on a perfect day in March. These two are crazy about each other. The way they look at each other so admirably KILLS me. Love their sweetness!
In this next shot: nope, I didn’t tell him to do this. My clients are just that awesome
Sweet candid
Joey. Girl. Rawr.
Another candid. Eat.that.sweetness.
Jeff & Joey – thank you again for letting me spend the day with ya’ll. I’m so thankful to consider you new friends!
While everyone else is out shopping for Black Friday – I’m posting one of my favorite weddings
I always joke around about how I introduced Joey and Lizzie, but it was really just them being in the right place at the right time. Joseph was my brothers best friend and roommate, and Lizzie was one of my friends – Colton and Joseph had a party one night, and I brought Lizzie with me. Now 4 years later, my brother is a groomsmen and I’m photographing their wedding; such HUGE honors
The details of the wedding were killer; so this post is extra long
Joseph’s grandmother made the cake – so gorgeous!
I lovee this shot..
And I extra love this one
joey+lizzie: thank you so much for asking me to capture your day. i can’t wait to see what God has in store for your future together
love you!
They met when it was least expected 2 years ago, and now are living their happily ever after. These two really make one of the sweetest/most fun couples I’ve ever met. It was a gorgeous Saturday in October when they celebrated love and life together surrounded by friends and family.
Casey+Jeffrey – thank you so much for asking me to be a part of your day. I love it when ‘clients’ become friends – y’all are such special friends to me! I hope you had fun in Pigeon Forge!
Flower’s were made by Darlene at The Petal Shoppe of Monroe
She ordered the pillow and basket from etsy
Ahhh Casey you look like a princess
love.
You could eat the flower girl with a spoon.. Seriously… She is the cutest thing ever.
favorite!
I’m pretty sure Tyler & Brittany got married on the prettiest day of the year. Everything about their wedding was absolutely stunning. See for yourself
Right after the ceremony, we walked inside, and I turned around and happened to catch this. Love.
This next one is a favorite
Brittany+Tyler – thank you SO much for asking me to be a part of your special day. It was perfect
Love you two!
Life needed some adventure; and luckily for Sherry, a girl from her Bible study group taught tennis lessons. The two girls set out to the local tennis court, and her friend ran into a guy that she had known over the years. He was cute. REAL, cute. Sherry’s friend told her after they walked off that the cute guy was single, and one of the nicest guy’s on the planet. And just like that, two world’s became one. Sherry and Ernie were married exactly one year after their first date.
I can’t really say enough about these two. They are two of the sweetest, most content and loving couples I’ve ever met. I hope their love and lives together thrive in way’s they never imagined.
LOVE.
Sherry+Ernie, thank you so much for asking me to photograph your wedding. Keep inspiring!
Brad & Paula were married on a gorgeous, windy Saturday in August. I think temperatures were in the 90′s, but it happened to be the weekend hurricane Irene made her appearance, so the wind made it feel so much cooler. Brad & Paula were such a sweet couple; I wish them a life of faith, love, happiness and the very best, in their future together. Congratulations you two!
Ahh, I LOVE these colors.

Logan+Amber; yay they’re married! Congratulations you two! You are WAY too cute together
OH!, I was in love with these shoes..
Logan is in the army, stationed in Texas, and during the ceremony I happened to glance out the window and see the flag blowing in the wind.
Daphne’s Bakery made the cake
Yes! BONUS window sticker!
It started as out a wet, rainy day. Tornado’s were popping up in nearby cities, and it was down to the wire before the ceremony. Right as the guests showed up the sky just cleared right up. While they were being seated a few extra huge raindrops came down, and that was it. It cleared up like it had never rained, and it turned out to be a gorgeous ceremony.
Alicia Damron had called me several months back and asked if I would be interested in 2nd shooting this with her. I was so nervous! She had never had a 2nd shooter before, and I had never been one. But I knew that I couldn’t pass it up, I would love it. Turns out I knew my gut feeling was right
; I loved it! I felt so honored, seriously honored that she asked me to help her. So, thank you Alicia again, thank you so much!
Here you will see my view of the wedding, be sure to check out Alicia’s blog to see more!
Here you can see the rain was relentless at first..
I hung out with the guys while Alicia was with the girls, be sure to visit her blog to see more of the bride and bridesmaids!
During the ceremony, they release butterflies in memory of loved ones passed – so sweet
